LaBella Dentro is glad to offer a total customer satisfaction policy and will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with our product, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund, a store credit or an exchange.
Please inspect all items in your order within 2 business days of delivery and notify us immediately of any damages or missing items. We will not replace/refund damaged items reported later than 2 business days after the delivery date.
Shipping charges including shipping insurance are not refundable. The customer is responsible to pay the shipping costs to return the product.
LaBella Dentro is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit. We recommend that you ship your returned products to us via a traceable shipment method.
LaBella Dentro will not provide a refund for a non-defective product that is received by us in more than 30 days after the date of original purchase.
LaBella Dentro also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
If you would like to return a product to us please email at email@example.com and request a Return Authorization Number (RMA #) and we will send you the form and all the necessary instructions.
Items must be returned in original packaging (boxes and packing materials), including all components, the certificate of warranty and authenticity, with original tags intact and must be unworn. Items that are not in the original condition, in which they were received, including signs of wear or resizing, can’t be returned.
If you are shipping an item over $75 you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
LaBella Dentro will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping costs/expenses related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the credit card you used to make the original purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for a credit to appear on your account. We can’t control when a specific credit card company processes a charge-back transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit card company if you have questions about the status of the charge-back.
